Next Beauty

In case you didn’t know, Next have launched their own beauty line! They’ve dipped their toes in the water a little bit over the years, with fragrance being their biggest beauty product on sale, alongside little bits of skincare and makeup.

Winter 2017 has seen Next release a whole line of makeup and nail polishes “NX’ by Next. I was lucky enough to go along to the Liverpool launch just recently, I was so pleasantly surprised by the variety and the quality of the goods. I can see a tonne of the products being huge hits with bloggers, it’s all affordable, lovely quality AND rose gold packaging. Someone take my purse off me please xx

I was treated to a manicure with this argon milk infused polish, I think it was called “almond butter”. Aside from me being impatient and smudging my mani, it wore so well for a good few days. That was without a base or a top coat, I’d purchase it based on this little test!

How lovely are these palettes? The gold highlighter reminded me of an Illamasqua one I’ve tried but its much more affordable (£6!). There are some lovely gift sets available such as a “smoky eye beauty box” or “daytime chic beauty box”, they come with a selection of products, and a guide to achieving each look.

I was given a “daytime glow” kit when I attended. I’ve yet to use the products yet but I’ll be sharing my thoughts when I do! Look how pretty it all is, I’m in love with this orange toned brown lipstick called “In The Buff”.

Next even have their own makeup brushes which I am eager to try. At £10 for four they’re really quite cheap and they’re the toothbrush/hairbrush style (you know the ones I mean!). I have got the gel polish trio to test out too, maybe I’ll do a full review!
